Your pack shipment
Shipping and Charges
All products are delivered within Switzerland and Lichtenstein usually with a delivery cost as shown in the cart during the online ordering process.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Swiss Post or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Swiss Post Express or UPS Extra with the required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling-off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
You must notify us of your cancellation in writing, either by email or letter to our contact address.
Cancellation consequences
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.
You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense to MYCOFFEEWORLD.SHOP c/o MYCOFFEEWORLD GmbH, Bergstrasse 2, 8706 Uetikon am See, Switzerland.
