GUJI | Ethiopia
The Guji region is located south of Yrgacheffe and is characterized by its lush vegetation. The coffee grows at an altitude of 1,900 to 2,200 m.a.s.l. There it is cultivated by local producers and carefully picked by hand and dried in the sun. The altitude of cultivation is reflected by pleasant fruity notes in the coffee.
